Licensed since 1999, I practice Real Estate successfully even through the industry downturn of 2007 – 2008 while holding fulltime employment in industrial sales. I have endured these years through dedication, responsibility and passion for the work.
Spent my first year as an Agent with Century 21 then Nine years with Coldwell Banker of Arlington Heights where I earned ‘Multi-Million Dollar” producer seal several times.
Fifteen years in industrial sales allowed me to travel to Europe, Central and South America as I learned International Commerce and manufacturing and a reaffirmation that a successful business transaction must include delivering results, providing the customer/client what the customer/client needs or wants.
Prior to Real Estate, I worked as Inside Sales and General Manger for two small manufacturing Companies in Chicago. It was here that I first put my skills in business, engineering and computers to practice.
Three years ARMY active duty and Three years ARMY Reserves taught me discipline, order and teamwork.
Scope of Work – Buying or Selling
As former resident of Chicago, I am very much aware how the city has evolved through the years as a vibrant, world class and aesthetically pleasing city.
Owning three homes in Chicago, all of which included improvements, additions and small scale restoration instilled in me the desire to do the same for others, thus becoming a Realtor.
Whether you’re searching for a turn of the century diamond in the rough Victorian or a minimalistic-glass and steel/open floorplan, a Midcentury or perhaps a Craftsman property to invest in or to call home, I am committed to go the extra mile to find, negotiate and put you at the closing table for the property that best suits your needs.
On the other hand if you prefer newer homes and more land ln the Suburbs, I will be as diligent and will assist in your search whether it is in DuPage, McHenry or Lake County.
I will welcome the opportunity to work with you.
